The Brief

Booz Allen wanted a packaged presentation that any one of their recruitment representatives could take and use with little preparation or effort at an industry conference or recruitment fair. The goal was to inform and motivate retiring military personnel and or their spouses to pursue a career in cybersecurity preferably with Booz Allen.

The Approach

I conducted multiple in-depth interviews with a variety of cybersecurity professionals within Booz Allen to understand their own career paths, their current roles and their personal advice to people entering the field. I used this information along with outside resources describing and detailing the various jobs and functions within cybersecurity to create an impactful tool for Booz Allen’s recruiters.

The Result

Booz Allen uses this presentation throughout the country and abroad to recruit people to fill these important consulting roles.
